1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SaaSfyi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SaaSfyi provides a comprehensive SaaS dataset and outreach list building platform for marketers, sales development representatives (SDRs), and agencies. The Service includes company data, hiring information, traffic data, and technology stack information to help users build targeted outreach lists.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

SaaSfyi offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Understand that subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Accept that all fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Accept that subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice

5. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive practices
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service using automated means without authorization
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without permission
• Use the Service to compete with SaaSfyi or create a similar service

6. Data and Content

SaaSfyi aggregates and provides data from various sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the data provided. You acknowledge that:

• Data may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Data may become outdated over time
• You are responsible for verifying data before use
• We are not liable for decisions made based on the data provided

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SaaSfyi and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid
• All data associated with your account may be deleted

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSfyi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaaSfyi, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.
